IAM is AI Proof
This might be your last chance
Hey Hoodies!
We’re launching something new.
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cohort starts Monday, April 6.
But before I tell you what it is, I need to tell you WHY.
The AI Elephant in the Room
If you’ve been paying attention, you know AI has been eating everything.
Entry-level cybersecurity jobs? Getting compressed.
SOC analysis? Automating fast.
Basic penetration testing? AI tools are getting scary good.
The easy stuff is disappearing.
But here’s what AI can’t do:
It can’t manage identity.
It can’t own access decisions.
It can’t navigate enterprise politics around who gets what permissions.
It can’t be the human trust layer between systems and the people who rely on them.
IAM is the new moat.
This wasn’t obvious. We had to research it. The deeper we looked at what AI is actually replacing versus what it can’t touch, identity kept coming back as the one thing that requires human judgment, human trust, human accountability.
Every organization needs someone who can:
Decide who gets access to what
Manage identity lifecycles
Connect on-prem systems to cloud identity providers
Own access governance
That’s not going away. That’s actually becoming more valuable as AI handles the technical execution and humans handle the trust layer.
Why We’re Doing This Now
We’ve been tracking this for a while.
The research is clear: IAM is one of the most practical, durable lanes in cybersecurity because it sits at the intersection of technology and human decision-making.
AI can write scripts. AI can scan logs. AI can even suggest access policies.
But when the CFO’s account gets locked at 2am before earnings call, AI isn’t making that judgment call. A person is.
When the security team needs to justify access decisions to auditors, AI isn’t signing off. A person is.
When someone needs to explain to leadership why a breach happened and what identity controls failed, AI isn’t in that room. A person is.
IAM is where technical skills meet human accountability.
That’s why we’re building this cohort.

Who This Is For
This cohort is for people who already have some technical foundation.
If you’re in help desk, IT support, sysadmin, M365, or adjacent technical roles - this is your bridge into cybersecurity.
You’ve already got the foundation. Now you need the specialization that makes you irreplaceable.
Target salary after completion: $70k-$90k annually (on-site or hybrid)
If you’re a total beginner with no adjacent experience, start here instead:

FAQ
Do I need certifications to become an IAM analyst?
No. You need hands-on with the applicable technologies. That’s where we come in.
Will IAM get replaced by AI?
No. AI may change the tooling, but organizations will still need people managing identity, access, provisioning, and enterprise controls. The human trust layer isn’t going anywhere.
How quickly can I start applying for jobs after this program?
Immediately. Our goal is to get you a job by summer.
Will you support me while I look for jobs?
Yes. You get ongoing support through Bootcamp Lite - coaching, community, job-search support, mock interviews, and related guidance.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because of the live, hands-on nature of the program and included support, enrollment is final.
